This photographic series explores the life and happenings of teenage years through the eyes of, well, teenagers. I love how these photos completely underline the patience of teenage years, the waiting for something wonderful to happen. The waiting for your first kiss, to legally be able to drink, to have a boy fancy you back, yet these things take time and are sheerly drawn out to make you wait.
The images capture the essence of teenage naivety; the bad and the good, awaiting the approval that you've finally fitted in and can be classed as one of the 'cool ones'. It's a sequence of coming of age: the spots, the tears, the purity, the boredom and the fear.
