Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge ###

So recently there has been huge buzz and gossip around Kylie Jenner's new lips. Has she had surgery? Is it really just a lot of lip liner and a good makeup artist? Who knows (and who really cares). However, this buzz has led to a frenzy of people partaking in the '#kyliejennerlipchallenge' where they quite literally suck on a glass bottle for a couple of minutes and film the, usually shocking, consequence... and await for the video to go viral.
Some people's 'new lips' not only look awful but some have had major bruising, swelling, cuts and bleeding, all for the potential to have slightly plumper looking lips (or just to jump on the bandwagon for a bit of attention).
It's obvious that Kylie Jenner has grew up in the limelight and it is not as though her older siblings are not self obsessed or aim for perfection in face and body... That no doubt has had a clear affect on her as she clearly feels the need to alter her looks and enhance certain features probably for vanity purposes - all at the age of 17. Being so famous and idolised by so many young girls, it's inevitable that she's probably encouraging her fans to do the same, as they think it's 'cool' or the 'norm'. Personally I think Kylie looks 17 going on 25, and obviously do whatever you want to make you happy, yet being so idolised I think she almost has a sort of responsibility (for being in her position with such a strong platform to voice herself) to encourage self-confidence and natural beauty amongst young girls, and quite frankly she seems to be doing the exact opposite.
